Wellness Workshops
Matthew offers a full or two-day wellness workshop that he delivers on-site to universities, corporations, and healthcare institutions. He has delivered this program to entities such as Marshall University, Northrup Grumman, and The Provider Wellness Symposium, amongst others, with great success. This workshop is tailored to the needs of the client based on interests and desired outcomes. Below you will find a sample proposal for the one-day workshop as an example. This workshop is unique in that it is not just lecture but also experiences. That way, the attendees can know how the recommended interventions and exercises are performed and how they feel.
