Dr. Matthew Zinder


Matthew Zinder, DNAP, CH, CRNA has worked in some level of healthcare for 30 years, starting as an EMT in a volunteer fire station. Matthew owns and operates a Maryland-based mobile anesthesia practice that has been in business since 1984. He speaks at many professional conferences, both nationally and internationally, involving topics such as stress management, wellness, business of anesthesia, and the practice of anesthesia. Matthew teaches full-day and two-day wellness workshops to organizations, institutions, and universities throughout the country. He is the co-owner of ProgramPrep, a tutoring/coaching program for students and residents of medical training programs where he teaches wellness and stress management strategies. He is the host and producer of The Provider Wellness Podcast where he speaks with experts involving healthcare provider well-being and self-care. Matthew is the Director of The Hornsby Business Institute at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia and an Assistant Professor at Wilmington University School of Nurse Anesthesia. He also works as adjunct faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University, Fairfield University, and Georgetown University Schools of Nurse Anesthesia. Matthew earned his Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice degree from Missouri State University.
